In today's video, I take you through my years of fishkeeping.

Fishkeeping is an unpredictable hobby to even the most advanced fishkeepers. It's had a ton of ups and downs. Overall, though, I love having fish and connecting with other fishkeepers through YouTube and Instagram. There are so many things I've learned in my six years of fishkeeping and I honestly am so proud of myself, now looking back at how far I've come!

Major Points:
2013
I got my first betta ever, named Glub-Glub!
2015
I got three bettas (Draco, Journey and Horatio), and also started my YouTube channel. I started using heaters too. Glub Glub passed away.
2016
I upgraded my tanks from bowls. I started using live plants for the first time, but it was unsuccessful. I got new bettas, Trinity, Campbell and Emerich. Journey and Draco passed away.
2017
Emerich, Quinn, Horatio and Monkey passed away. ADF care was unsuccessful. Started using large tanks. Exited the hobby.
2018
Campbell and Ezra passed away. Ezra was never officially introduced as I stopped filming new videos at the same time. Campbell and Ezra were in a divided tank together after Trinity was moved to the community tank. Re-entered hobby and got my current betta, Louis!
2019
Started using live plants for the second time. More to be announced soon!

A: Sometimes I'm inspired by a character in a show or movie, or someone in real life like a celebrity. More often than not, however, I literally just choose whatever pops into my head- its like names I love but would never name my future children for whatever reason haha
