Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! Looking to get summer ready? Well, this is the perfect yoga routine for you! I'm sharing a 25 minute low impact core and abs workout. I'm not gonna lie, this is a tough one! But if you're looking to tone your abs, burn that belly fat, and lose weight in the mid-section for summertime, then definitely give this one a try!

We'll begin in child's pose (balasana) for a gentle stretch and to quiet the mind. Then we'll warm up a bit by flowing through cat and cow, plank pose, and child's pose. Next, we'll take a forearm plank and hold before making our way into an ab sequence in a modified boat pose (navasana).

After this, we'll come to laying flat on the back and we'll be doing several leg lifts to target the low belly area. To finish out the yoga routine, we'll stretch the front body in bridge pose (setu banda sarvangasana) and take a supine twist before ending in a savasana relaxation.
