Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! This is a full-length restorative yoga class without using any yoga props. It's about 40 minutes in length, and it's great for bedtime or reducing stress & anxiety!

This is an excellent gentle beginners yoga sequence with some light stretching to start and ending with some meditative restoring yoga poses.

During this sequence, we'll begin with some gentle stretches with a child's pose (balasana), then move into a twist, and then a low lunge. Then we'll come to laying on the back for a supine twist, a supine bound angle pose (supta baddha konasana), constructive rest, and savasana.
